This blending technology can identify different vehicles and blending requirements specific to each vehicle without human interaction. The systems smart technology recognizes the vehicle through a computer chip which tells the pump exactly how to blend the fuel being pumped into it. Each blend can be remotely tracked and controlled by the logistics supervisors with real time tracking. The logistics supervisors can then determine if a certain blend gives them optimal performance, sustainability or fuel economy for each vehicle type and then implement any blend desired. No major infrastructural changes are required; this technology will integrate with current systems already in use.
